MAIN CASE Present appeal has been filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation of Rs.22,82,000/- awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhiwani (hereinafter ‘the learned Tribunal’) vide Award dated 16.07.2024 passed in MACT Petition No.RBT-179 dated 01.07.2022 filed under Section 166 of Motor Vehicles Act (hereinafter “the Act”).
