Ms. Geeta Rani, AAG, Haryana. *** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J.(ORAL) The prayer in this petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) is for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.18 dated 29.01.2026 under Section 21(b) (Section 29 added later on) of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri. 2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner-Sunil @ Sulee was apprehended with 99.75 grams of heroin. He disclosed the name of Mahabir @ Bhim Singh as the supplier who has since been arrested. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had been falsely implicated in the present case. There is violation of mandatory provisions of the Act regarding search and seizure including Sections 42 and 50. The recovery is of non-commercial quantity of contraband.
