The present petition in the shape of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus for direction to the respondents to remove illegal encroachments from public roads, streets, footpaths and common areas across the State of Haryana, and to demolish/seal unauthorized constructions in terms of communication dated 16.04.2026 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Haryana, Town and Country Planning Department. 2. In the present petition (PIL), execution of para 4 of the instructions/letter dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Town and Country Planning, has been sou
