The petitioner who has been booked for commission of offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (for short “Act, 1959”) in case bearing FIR No.216 dated 20.08.2023 registered at Police Station Chhansa, District Faridabad, has made prayer for release on interim bail on the ground that he is owner of some agricultural land and on 03.05.2023 had entered into an agreement to sell the same to one Smt. Rajwati resident of Village Garhkhera. The final date for execution and registration of sale deed had not been fixed. On account of his being in custody in this case, sale deed could not be executed so far. The buyer is ready and willing to get the same executed.
