The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-8), passed by respondent No.2, whereby the claim of the petitioner for fixing his correct salary, has been rejected without taking into consideration that the break in service of the petitioner was not due to any fault attributed to him and the same was on account of arbitrary action of the respondents in terminating his services. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner as per letter dated 08.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) by considering his experience above 06 years and by regularizing the period of his wrongful termination i.e. from 20.06.2018 to 17.07.2019 and to grant him all consequential benefits.
