The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to perform their public duty and clear his final bill dated 08.12.2020 with respect to successful execution of development and management of a web-based application system for recruitment of Jr. Engineers. 2. This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on the previous occasion preferred CWP-1312-2023 seeking release of payment. The petition was disposed of vide order dated 23.01.2023 with a direction to respondents to consider and decide his legal notice dated 05.12.2022. The respondent was directed to disburse admitted liability. The respondent by impugned order has rejected petitioner’s claim.
