(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner, who has worked as Group-D employee (Library Attendant), to resume work since he has been relieved from service in violation of the policy instructions, dated 07.08.2024 and 15.01.2025, Annexures P-13 and P-14, respectively. 2. Learned State counsel submitted that in case of similarly placed employees a statement was made on behalf of the Government by learned Advocate General that the orders dispensing with their services shall be withdrawn and they would be allowed to continue working till a fresh decision was taken. This is recorded in the order dated 24.12.2025, deciding CWP-7437-2025 titled Renu and others v. State of Haryana and others, and 102 connected matters. Th
