(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the office orders dated 17/18.03.2026, Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from DAV Public School, Palwal to DAV Centenary Public School, Tohana, by the third respondent/DAV College Managing Committee. Also, a direction has been sought to respondents to release salary to the petitioner which has been withheld from April, 2021 to June, 2022 at the rate of fifty per cent, and from July, 2022 to March, 2026 at the rate of twenty-five per cent. 2.
