The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to set aside the impugned order 28.09.2017 (Annexure P- 1) passed by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, whereby, the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused to face the trial along with the accused, who are already facing the prosecution. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that a property dispute was already pending between the family members of Kuljit Singh, complainant, who is also an Advocate by profession, on the one hand and the accused party on the other hand.
