(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.47 dated 18.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 115, 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 25(1-B)(A) of Arms Act, Police Station Panipat, District Panipat, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
