Counsel asserts that pursuant to an order dated 29.11.2024, Annexure P-2, passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, ‘SARFAESI Act’), petitioner is likely to be dispossessed from the mortgaged property, which comprises of a residential house constructed on a plot measuring 40 square yards. 2.
