The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 28.01.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram has declared the petitioner a proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint was filed on 14.06.2018 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the petitioner.
