Learned Single Judge has refused to interfere with the order of the competent authority declining Child Care Leave to the appellant for a period of 609 days on the ground that the predominant interest of public health would suffer due to lack of requisite medical specialist. 2. We do not take exception to the view of the learned Single Judge as the right of an employee to claim Child Care Leave must always remain subservient to predominant public interest. 3.
