This application seeks directions to the respondents to properly implement judgment dated 10 October 2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) 2679/2022. 2. In the said judgment, we had set aside the cancellation of the petitioner’s candidature for recruitment to the Indian Army and had further directed that the petitioner would be entitled to all consequential reliefs available in law. 3. In the interregnum, we are informed by Major Muralidhar that the Agniveer Scheme had come into being and that, today, recruitment Signature Not Verified Signed By:GUNN W.P.(C) 2679/2022 Page 1 of 2 Signing Date:26.05.2026 18:53:13 into the Army is only under the Agniveer Scheme, and that an Agniveer is retained for four years after which his case would be considered for fitness for regular recruitment in the Army. 4. Major Muralidhar also points out that, though the Agniveer Scheme is available only to candidates between the ages of 17 and 21 ½ years, in view of the order passed by this Court, the respondents have agreed to give age relaxation to the petitioner. He has also drawn our attention to the communications in this regard dated 12 November 2025, 17 November 2025 and 11 December 2025 annexed with the application. 5. In that view of the matter, as there is presently no scheme for entry into the Indian Army, except the Agniveer Scheme, we are of the o
