(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.16 dated 20.01.2026, registered under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 333, 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has, however, submitted that the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned Court within 07 working days from today, and in case he does so and prefers an application for regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously within a period of 03 days thereafter. 3.
