Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner, who is Radiographer, benefit of decision dated 06.05.2006 and grant him salary in the minimum of regular pay scale with DA and Radiation Allowance as given to the regular Radiographers in the department. 2.
