The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 0037 dated 24.01.2026 under Sections 115, 118(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 324(4) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Mujesar, District Faridabad and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2. This Court vide order dated 18.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, parties have appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridabad and got their stateme
