The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No.0270 dated 09.09.2023 registered under Sections 22/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.09.2023, a police party during routine patrolling allegedly noticed a woman who, on seeing the police, threw a black coloured polythene envelope on the roadside. Upon search, the said envelope was found to contain 385 grams of intoxicant powder. The said woman, namely Nandini @ Mani, allegedly disclosed that the recovered contraband had been procured from the present petitioner. 3.
