(Oral) Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 13.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-29256-2025 titled as “Suman Rani vs. State of Haryana and others”, whereby the petition was disposed of on the basis of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents to the effect that “…..the petitioner’s due salary from February to June 2025, will be released within a period of four weeks. Her case for readjustment in some other School will also be considered, and the decision taken thereupon will be conveyed to her within eight weeks therefrom…..”.
