In the present appeal, the challenge is to the order dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-6) passed by the revenue authorities partitioning the land between the co-sharers by sanctioning the Naksha-Bay, which partition proceedings have been upheld by the learned Single Judge initially vide judgment dated 13.11.2024 and later on while dismissing the review on 15.01.2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants argues that the frontage given on the road is not commensurate to the share of the appellants hence, the learned Single Judge as well as the authorities i.e., respondents No.2 to 4 failed to appreciate the same fact causing prejudice to the appellants. 3.
