In the present appeal, the challenge is to the order dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-6) passed by the revenue authorities partitioning the land between the co-sharers by sanctioning the Naksha-Bay, which partition proceedings have been upheld by the learned Single Judge initially vide judgment dated 13.11.2024 and later on while dismissing the review on 15.01.2026. 2.
