(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.212 dated 26.08.2025, registered for offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(3), 115, 351(3), 333 of BNS (Sections 117(2), 117(3), 61(2), 238 of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 39/192(1) of the MV Act added later on), at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. 2. On 10.04.2026, the following order was passed: “Apprehending her arrest in FIR No.212 Dated 26.08.2025, under Sections 190, 191(3), 115, 351(3), 333 (117(2), 117(3), 61(2), 238 of BNS 2023 and (Section 39/192(1) of MV Act added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar; the petitioner has pre
