The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.37 dated 10.04.2018 registered under Sections 385, 387, 389, 506 and 509 of IPC, at P.S Phase 11, SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 22.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
