Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition and seeks liberty to file fresh one to the actually aggrieved person i.e. son of the petitioner, who has been made accused in the FIR No.0026 dated 30.01.2026 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala. 3.
