The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 05.12.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-12128- 2021. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the State has preferred SLP against main judgment dated 17.03.2025 which was relied upon while passing order dated 05.12.2024, in which Hon’ble the Supreme Court has stayed the order. 3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of SLP. 5. Pending application (s) if any also stands disposed of.
