This petition has been filed to grant parole to the petitioner on the ground that his uncle has been done to death. 2. We adjourned the matter in order to enable the State counsel to obtain instructions. Detailed instructions filed by the State counsel today in court, is taken on record as Mark ‘X’. As per the instructions the petitioner’s uncle Satnam Singh has been done to death on account of old enmity. An FIR in that regard has been registered. Antim Ardas ceremony petitioner’s uncle has been fixed for 20.05.2026. As per the Police Station incharge there is tense situation in the village on account of murder having been committed due to the old enmity. 3. The petitioner is undergoing incarceration
