Present petition has been filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking short-term release/interim bail for a period of two months on humanitarian-cum-medical grounds in case FIR No. 58 dated 12.04.2023, under Sections 21-C/23/27-B/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, as well as for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner is suffering from second-degree bleeding piles and has been advised surgery by the doctor.
