GREWAL, J (Oral): Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.21, dated 01.03.2025, under Sections 27-29-61-85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. The case of the prosecution is that a secret information was received wherein it was informed that the petitioner was habitual of selling Chitta (Heroin) and consuming it and he had kept some in his shop as well. On the said information, the shop was raided and the petitioner immediately swallowed the contraband in his possession, later he was made to vomit and the same turned out to be tramadol. 3.
