In the present petition(s), the grievance of the petitioner(s) is that though, the elections to the various Municipal Councils/Corporations in the State of Punjab are being held on 26.05.2026 but, the elections to the Municipal Council Qadian as well as Municipal Council Dinanagar have not been scheduled to be held on 26.05.2026 and therefore, a direction be issued to the respondents to hold the elections to the Municipal Council Qadian as well as Municipal Council Dinanagar along with the elections of other Municipal Council/Corporations. 2.
