Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.18 dated 12.03.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983, at Police Station Gardhiwal, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that the FIR in the present case was registered on the statement of the complainant, namely, Baldev Singh. It was alleged that his son Amrinder Singh Dhatt wanted to go abroad in a legal way and in this regard they came in contact with Sukhwinder Kumar (the petitioner) and Amritpal Singh, who posed themselves as registered travel agents.
