In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the letter dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure P-12) to an extent that the case of family pension of the petitioner has been closed on account of non-furnishing of the ‘No Enquiry Certificate’. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a perusal of the impugned letter dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure P-12) would show that the reason for not releasing the family pension to the petitioner is that the ‘No Enquiry Certificate’ was not furnished by the Department to respondent No.5. Learned counsel further submits that the ‘No Enquiry Certificate’ has to be furnished by the Department to the office of Accountant General, Punjab and there is no fault of the petitioner in regard to non- furnishing of the ‘No Enquiry Certificate’.
