The petition was scrutinized by the Registry and certain objections were raised, but the learned counsel did not take steps to remove the said objections during the prescribed period of 40 days, as prescribed in Rule-9 Chapter-1, Part-A, Volume-V of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules & Orders. 2.
