The petitioner has filed the 5th petition under Section 483 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant interim regular bail to him in case FIR No.09, dated 17.01.2024, under Section 21, 21(c), 23 of NDPS Act (Section 21(c) and 23 of NDPS Act were added later on), Police Station Special Task Force, District STF Wing, SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been suffering from pain in the left hip and was referred to different hospitals for treatment. Now, surgery has to be performed by Department of Orthopaedics in some Mutlispeciality Hospital. However, the date of surgery has not been fixed by any of the hospital, where, he is being treated. 3.
