The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment with respect to work carried out by him for the respondent along with interest @ 12% per annum. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner has not submitted requisite bills, thus, payment could not be released. The admitted liability would be released the moment invoices are submitted. 3.
