(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the minor daughter of the petitioner, namely, Tehnaaz Kaur, to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that a petition under Sections 9 and 17 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, Section 13 of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act 1956 read with Section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act, for the custody of the minor daughter of the petitioner, is already pending adjudication. He submits that the petitioner has filed a petition for visiting rights, however, despite the order passed by learned Guardian Court, he is not allowed to meet the child.
