The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 20.09.2025 (Annexure P-30), whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur has declared the petitioner a proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.23 dated 24.05.2022 u/s 326, 324, 323, 506, 379, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860, was registered at PS. Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur, against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner had been regularly appearing before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing and had no intention to evade the process of law. He submits that the petitioner remained absent during the trial as he had gone abroad on 02.09.2022 to earn his livelihood and, on account of his employment, was unable to return
