(ORAL) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS in case bearing FIR No.68 dated 27.08.2025, registered under Section 108 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Jaurkian, District Mansa. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.11.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 03.11.2025 is made absolute.
