As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount would be paid to appellant No.1-Sukhpal Kaur. We dispose of this case subject to all just exceptions and verification of Section 64 VB of the Insurance policy in question with a direction to Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque in the sum of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh and Fifty thousand only) in the name of appellant No.1-Sukhpal Kaur with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before 06.07.2026
