It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.133 dated 21.10.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109, 111, 3(5) [Sections 111(2) and 111(3) added later on] of , and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kotli Surat Mallian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.
