(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of FIR No. 110 dated 14.11.2024, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 191(3), 190 and 238 of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar Rural and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 19.12.2025 (Annexure P-2). Vide order dated 28.01.2026 this Court had directed the parties to appear before Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded in terms of certain parameters given in the aforesaid order dated 28.01.2026 with regard to the compromise (Annexure P-2). In terms of the orders dated 28.01.2026 passed by this Court parties have appeared before the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar and as per the report dated 16.05.2026
