As per the status report, the petitioner had made a statement on 04.05.2025 to the effect that no one had come to his house on 02.03.2025 and that he had no proof regarding issuance of threats to his life at the hands of anyone. 3. In view of the report, the representation filed by the petitioner is stated to have been considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage while submitting that the statement by petitioner was got forcibly written by Police Officials and that the threat to the petitioner still persists and that he may be permitted to file a fresh representation seeking protection of his life and liberty. 4.
