It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.53 dated 10.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118, 126(2), 351(2), 191(3), 190, 324(4) & 333 of the Bharatiya Nayana Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. 2. Vide order dated 24.03.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer.
