The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.11.2023 passed by this Court in CRM-M-39684-2023, which is reproduced as under:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas taken in the present writ petition before the concerned quarter in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.” 2. A perusal of the order referred to above shows that no specific direction was issued to the respondent. Therefore, no contempt is made out.
