The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 27.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this in CRM-M-52869-2024, titled as ‘Sukhdev Singh vs. State of Punjab and others’; whereby the learned State counsel was directed to furnish copy of inquiry report to the petitioner conducted against respondents No. 5 to 7 in the said writ petition upon its approval. 2.
