(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.149 dated 02.07.2025 registered under Sections 109, 125, 191(2), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar (Rural). 2. Vide order dated 20.04.2026, the petitioners were directed to join investigation as and when required by the Investigating Agency, and the matter was adjourned to 05.05.2026. However, on 05.05.2026, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners could not appear before the Investigating Agency, whereupon another opportunity to join the investigation was granted to them, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- in total. 3.
