The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of consolidated order dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in a batch of 157 cases (including that of the present petitioners) treating CWP-19238-2013 as main case; whereby it was inter alia directed that the services of the petitioners shall be regularized. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition as the writ Court order dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) stands duly complied with by the respondents. 3.
