The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case DDR No.0018 dated 07.03.2026, under Sections 109, 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 and 324(2) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 307, 323, 324, 149 and 148 of IPC, 1860) and Sections 25, 27 and 54/59 of the Arms Act (subsequently Section 109 of BNS (section 307 of IPC) was deleted) registered at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab and in FIR No.0038 dated 06.03.2026, under Sections 109, 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 and 324(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25, 27 and 54/59 of the Arms Act (subsequently Section 109 of BNS (Section 307 of IPC) was deleted registered at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. 2.
