Present petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.113, dated 17.09.2024, under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda. 2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that FIR in the present case was got registered on the statement of complainant, namely, Sukhmander Singh. It was alleged that on 17.09.2024, at about 07:30 P.M., the complainant went to the house of his brother, namely, Parminder Singh @ Pindi (deceased) for switching off motor of his fields.
