SUKHDEEP SINGH ALIAS VICKY vs STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS

1. This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No.0339, dated 10.11.2025, registered under Sections 351(2), 318(4), 316(2) of BNS (erstwhile Sections 506, 420, 406 IPC), at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 05.01.2026. 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 22.04.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 07.05.2026 has been received from learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala. A perusal of the said report reveals that statements of the concerned persons have been recorded in the present case, who have stated that the matter has PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.22 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment. CRM-M-22085-2026 -2- been settled between them and they have no objection in case the FIR in question is quashed. The compromise effected between them is genuine, without any undue influence and coercion. It is stated in the report that there is only one accused, who has
