The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to expeditiously consider and decide the legal notice dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner and to release the due salary of the petitioners for the period from June 2025 till today. 2. After arguing the case for sometime and realising that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the writ petition against the service provider is not maintainable in view of the law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in Nishan Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others : 2014 (11) RCR (Civil) 262, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law. 3.
