Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 68 dated 21.05.2025 under Sections 15, 25, 27, 29, 61 & 85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at P.S. City Samana, District Patiala. 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that the petitioner is an accused of being involved in FIR pertaining to NDPS Act involving 102 kg of poppy husk, which was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his co-accused. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has iterated that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025.
